Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Duties:
Inspect electronic systems,
assemblies, subassemblies, components and parts for conformance to
specifications by performing the following:
Dimensional inspections of PCB panels and other
fabricated products to verify conformance to specified dimensions.
Examination of PCB circuitry to detect defects such as
shorts, breaks, excess or missing solder, scratches, cracks, defects in
screen printing and incorrect layout.
Layout examination and installation of wiring, cables,
subassemblies, hardware, and components to detect assembly errors.
Comparisons of assemblies with parts list to detect
missing parts and hardware.
Examination of alignment of parts for conformance to
specified dimensions.
Examination of Joints and Wires and Cables to locate
soldering defects.
Examination of production documents to ensure all
assembly, inputting, and testing steps were performed according to
specifications.
Records inspection of data such as serial number,
percent of defects, and rework requirements including inspection of
nonconformance documentation.
Repair minor issues on PCB Circuitry such as
resoldering broken connections on components and parts.
Capable of accepting responsibility to stand by these
inspections and will hold or release shipments or refuse, return, or
receives shipments accordingly.
Inspection of incoming and outgoing products in
accordance with internal or customer generated drawings/requirements.
on-conforming Product handling such as completion of
the form, entering into databases, collection of non-conforming product
and disposition of the product. Work together with appropriate accounting
department for documentation and credit issuance.
MRV experience preferred. Participation in MRV
meetings. Maintenance CAR and CAR forms as needed and preventative action
and retraining data bases.
